I spent months preparing for this moment…..the moment where I turned in my resignation at the first and only real job I had as a financial advisor.

That experience has led to so many similar experiences where I was beyond uncomfortable.

Each one of these uncomfortable moments was necessary.  They were necessary for growth and change.

I’m going to share a few of these moments and talk about the changes and personal and professional growth that came about because of these moments of proactive discomfort.

So how did my Fundrise (crowdfunding real estate investment) do, compared to other options I could have used to invest my money?

So over a 3-year stretch, how did my investment do? What if I would have invested my money differently?

So $5,000 from 03/18 my average return is 8.1% (net return).

One option that I could have done is buying a real estate ETF. (Looking at you Vanguard).

How does your return compare to what else is out there?

Tune in and we will break it down for you.
