I text a good buddy of mine who has been a successful real estate investor for most of his career. He's see the fruit of investing in real estate because of how many different ways you can invest. But a mentor of his kept "nagging" him about bitcoin and he finally took a closer look. Intrigued he did even more research - over 50 hours - and after learning more he made a huge pivot in his real estate business. It went up before and then dipped quite a bit, it was exciting to see it climb back up in the 60k range (at the time of this recording).
